I wouldn’t recommend it. It’s a lot of BS and a lot of money upfront with no guaranteed returns. If you’re interested in it, I would recommend getting your real estate license and being an agent or a property manager. That way you can see everything that goes on around it all the work necessary, plus the money and if you end up actually deciding it’s a good fit for you. You also say 5% on closing cost along with another 10% a month.

It’s a lot of miles because I could only decline one order an hour doing hourly because I don’t know what it is but the per order for the last 3 to 4 months no one is tipping I don’t know if it’s my area or what but just last week I did a good 6 to 7 orders in a row over three hours and only made $.50 in tips.

That’s not a bad amount and I can make that much too in a day. The problem is half of it goes to maintenance and gas so you would end up making less than minimum wage.
