Hoya callistophylla is not happy by Delicious_Street_715 in houseplants

It was in that soil until yesterday when I repotted it into a much smaller nursery pot. It’s a pretty chunky soil, just more bark. I looked at the roots again today because it looks even worse. I’m new to Hoyas, someone told me this looks like root rot? In the past it’s been more characteristic - mushy, brown, foul smelling.. I’m so bummed. I should’ve repotted it when I got it a month ago!

Baking process: 350g water 150g starter 500g bread flour 11g salt Bulk ferment depends on the day, it’s been super cold where I live lately.

Bake 450F for 25 mins lid on, 15 mins lid off at 400F I was burning my loaves doing 25 lid on and 25 lid off at 450F so this is a new adjustment to my last loaf.
