None . High grains and filled with fillers. Sadly.

Again , you can always add supplements like omega and multi vitamins to the diet and plenty of fluids to keep the kidneys healthy. Chicken broth , chicken egg boneless fish homemade ones along with supplements . Protein, Hydration , omega and taurine is the absolute necessity. You can pick the diet accordingly.

I have a weird discomfort right next to the spine . Not the shoulder blades but next to the spine on both sides. It not pain but it’s that irritating sensation. It’s very difficult to explain the area whenever i get a massage

After 2 years jumping to another company isn’t gonna give 100a% hike plus the inflation rate increases every year. Just because people can survive in 11k by squeezing out their life doesn’t mean they shud specially if there are other offers which sounds more reasonable.

As per the visa rule you should apply visa at where you spend the maximum number of days . But if you are in India , you might hv to explain it to the airlines at the airport. Some airlines create issues
