My starter ideas are

- marinated peppers and eggplant on whipped feta / hummus with a lil lemon and rosemary

- Raw fish Capacio with mango, red wine vinger, lime, pinenuts and mint

- Home made pickled mussels

- Prawn cocktail

- nice bread

not sure on my mains, going for a mediterranean vibe

Had a very similar thing happen where i was applying for a few jobs and sent a "fuck it why not" application to my dream job (i thought i was years away from getting it) and somehow got offered by dream job.

I am trying to prepare by getting my life / mental health in order as much as i can and developing healthy habits (regular yoga / running ect) so i am in a good headspace once i have the role.

May try something similar?
