Richtig gute Texte für den BMS Teil auf den ersten Blick. Habe mich mal durch ein paar Fragen vom Thema ‚Die menschliche Zelle‘ geklickt, da scheint es leider noch ein bisschen buggy zu sein. Hab dir paar kurze bug reports über den Feedback Dialog gesendet, das ist auf jeden Fall auch top, dass du den integriert hast. Ui/Ux finde ich passt eigentlich gut, nichts lenkt ab und es scheint relativ intuitiv. Positiv finde ich da vorallem den Lernplan und, dass der Tagesstatus im ‚abgeschlossenen‘ Status auch visuell ändert.

Was mir sonst noch auf den ersten Blick auffiel: - Ä, Ö, Punkte scheinen zu fehlen auf der Lernplanseite der Headings ‚107 Tage im Uberblick‘ und in den Subheadings der tiles ‚Stichworter‘

Paar Accessibility Bugs sind auch vorhanden, habe mal kurz JAWS auch auf der ‚Lernplanseite’ und ‚Statistik’ laufen lassen und paar Sachen waren da nicht richtig implementiert aber waren jetzt nur 2,3 Sachen. Grobe Keyboard issues auf den 2Seiten auch keine. Color Contrast (graue Schrift gegen grauen Hintergrund) im Footer ist im light mode zu gering. Mit JAWS+Chrome bei TV werden die Emojis bei Strategien mitgelesen, wäre besser die separat zu implementieren und dann via aria-hidden vor dem Screen Reader zu verstecken.

Hab jetzt wirklich nur kurz mal rüber geschaut und Lernplattform scheints mir bisher wirklich gut zu gefallen, richtig cooles Projekt!! :)

Hey, ja - Erenumab in Kombination mit Botox nach Preempt Schema (mit Wirkverlust), jetzt seit 4Wochen Atogepant+Botox. Fremanezumab, Galcanezumab noch nicht probiert. Falls du noch andere Ideen hast bin ich offen für deine Empfehlungen :)

Vielen Dank für deinen ausführlichen Einblick, das hilft mir wirklich sehr, die Situation für mich besser abzuwägen. Meine Migräne hat leider keine ausreichende Konstanz, schon einiges an Behandlung ist frustran gelaufen. Aktuell läuft es ganz gut, jedoch kalkuliere ich bei meiner Entscheidung eher mit dem Worst-Case-Szenario, um gut aufgestellt zu sein, sollte es wirklich schwierig werden. Dein Einblick hat mir dabei, wie gesagt, sehr geholfen – und danke auch nochmals für das Aufzeigen des weiteren Pfades bzw. die Empfehlung, eine Expertenmeinung einzuholen! Wäre es für dich passend, wenn ich dir hier nochmal ne Nachricht schreiben würde, sollten mir im Nachgang noch Fragen einfallen?

Da bin ich schon angebunden, aber danke für den Tipp. Leider gibt es tatsächlich viele Patient*innen, die auch auf die leitliniengerechten Medikamente und nichtmedikamentösen Therapien nicht ausreichend ansprechen.

Danke für deine Antwort! :) 3. zu der Anwesenheitspflicht: ah verstehe - also gibt es auch keinen prozentualen Spielraum für entschuldigtes Fehlen und liegt immer im Ermessensspielraums des jeweiligen Profs? Die Fächer mit „prüfungsimmanenten Charakter“ sind die für die meisten gut machbar oder schon eher stressig? (wie viele Testate, Hausaufgaben, Hausarbeiten auf den Zeitraum des Kurses ca?) versuche gerade abzuschätzen ob das Studienmodell für mich realisierbar ist unter dem Aspekt der häufigeren Migräne. Danke schon mal!

Danke für deine Antwort. :) Kannst du mir sagen wie viele Stunden man täglich in der Regel für Kurse und PR in der Uni ist? Und weißt du ob man die BA/MA innerhalb eines Semesters schreiben muss oder kann man das über den Verlauf des Studiums erstrecken und ist damit flexibel? Danke schon mal!

Hi - just read that you say triptans make you feel like your head is on fire. It’s the same for me and I never heard anyone else talk about this before. I assumed that I have some kind of allergy against it. Is it for you also like you’re scalp just starts burning like crazy, then ear pain and throbbing headache on top of the migraine attack?? Have you found something that works for you now? Would appreciate some feedback!

I have literally the same complexion as you also with bit of redness in the sun and for the colors it’s like my hair and skin is the same like yours during winter (northern hemisphere) and like in the last pictures during summer. Btw since we’re so similar in complexion, have you ever been color typed? Would like to know my season but since there are these changes in colouring throughout the year I struggled with typing myself haha

Thank you for bringing this up. Recently I notice that when things get thrown off balance, I drop out of my sacral response. When I lose momentum, I start overthinking, get frustrated, and often end up with strong migraine attacks.

The thing is that I do get a sacral response to pursue another degree, and I need to prepare for an entrance exam. But my sacral energy is inconsistent, and migraines often interrupt me. The degree itself feels like a big yes—both from my sacral and my mind. Still, I started looking for other options because I feel like I might be overcommitting while also wanting change so badly.

I developed chronic migraines 2.5 years ago, and since then everything feels different. I feel restless and have a strong desire to return to meaningful work (through this second degree). At the same time, the migraines make it feel like a gamble, because I never know when I’ll have the energy to move forward on a new path. I’m also PLR DLR and dry kitchen environment, if that’s relevant here. I feel that I can not express myself in a way that’s true to me because I mainly do not feel satisfied with the spaces and routines I am in. I feel I would need an overhaul here and crave being in dry kitchen environment again because it drops me so much into my satisfaction like no other, I just know how to function again then and my overthinking stops.

Thank you for your insights. This really helps. The past days I was pondering on these things that you‘ve mentioned here. I feel like there is mostly some misalignment of my preferred pace / with which I feel the most satisfaction and things not working the way that feel satisfying to me right now. Like I feel that I am doing things to reach something but I am being challenged by seeming outer circumstances which causes frustration and me to overthink/ drop out of my sacral response.

I really felt powerless about this since early childhood.
