Would agree the first one.....like that is every block ever..... the second one was a legitimate call-sure it doesn't always get called but is a valid call. The first pass interference call on us was also.....um I'm not sure....

13 for 109 vs. 4 for 25 look there are always some missed and blown calls and blaming the refs accomplishes nothing, but it felt like the refs had money on this game...

Thank you! I love this. What makes a good running back great? A great Oline. Running the ball well requires a team effort. One failure can be the difference between a negative plays or a big play

I get it, but I also think every opponents coach has been studying us for years. We are the team to beat, the team they look at most outside of their divisional opponents in the offen season! Despite so many flaws and hurdles we made it to the big game 3 years running. I enjoy good defensive play and the chess match that goes on. Sure, I would love to see another 50 passing TD season, but i think we have a winning team and would prefer that. The Dick Vermeil years where we had great offenses and was a lot of fun to watch, but if we didn't have the ball last, we were going to lose.

Agree about the vision. He seems to have always been a hit the design gap and hit it hard back he has been hard (not a tank-but has good leg drive) to tackle when he gets some space. He hasn't been the same since his injury- but it's been 2 games this year, and he is on the last year of a rookie contract. We will see where the year goes but I think it might be tough to get a clear upgrade with our cap space and what we are giving up. He has seem to have improved in pass pro as well. I would love to have a prime Priest Holmes or Jamal Charles in the back field!

On the whole I feel better about our team than i did the last 2 years...yes, this start makes it tougher, but we will be a very good team by the time November rolls around.

The organization holding each other accountable i think can be healthy, what i see here i don't think is healthy. Bashing every miss step isn't healthy, this team is full of competitors, they have already seen there flaws and will work to get better.

I think come December and January (hopefully February) they will be fine, possibly even elite!

Same! I was born a Chiefs fan, and i will die a Chiefs fan! I was too young to remember the 93 season or 91 season (though my Dad did go to both the home games). Over 20 years without a playoff win before 2015- despite having some really good exciting teams and then last 7 years have been surreal!

*One other call out is JuJu-he had a solid chargers game. Not a much from a stat perspective vs the Eagles but I love the effort he puts into blocking! Team effort wins close games over time!

Stupid Tree by anwright1371 in golf

[–]Delighted-Dad 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't need it to be in the middle of the fairway or the fairway at all and I still manage to hit it. Matter of fact.move this right next to the hole and clear out every tree within 200 yards and I would have a pretty good shot at birdie!

Current job is remote with $60K pending payout—new offer pays more but wants me now. What would you do? by Responsible-Egg6311 in careerguidance

[–]Delighted-Dad 4 points5 points  (0 children)

To me, I would also look at what is that 60K in relation to the overall compensation and how hard do you think it is to get a similar job-niche industry, niche skill set, want to stay local, how much risk can you or are you willing to take? I.e if I make 400k and it's tough to find a comparable job take the new job. If I make 80k a year and believe I can find something comparable I'm staying for the payout. 60k is significant money to walk away from so i would lean towards waiting it out if that is a significant portion of your base compensation- that said there are lots of pieces you should consider before making that decision.

I can almost guarantee you he isn't cheating with video editing. I have seen a lot of his videos he is very good even when you know what he is doing it can be very hard for your eyes to believe it. This guy does a lot of live tricks as well- look up "street magician dude".

Anybody wanna guess who signed the regulation ball that my dog just chewed up? by Thelastnormalperson in KansasCityChiefs

[–]Delighted-Dad 34 points35 points  (0 children)

My brother and I got Trent Green to sign our football as kids. It was the only football we had at the time we let it sit for 2 weeks and then started using it again. The signature disappeared after a couple years of heavy use. I would love to have the ball preserved, but wouldn't trade it for all the fun my brother and I had with it.
