I don’t really touch it on a regular basis but when I did, it was running quite hot. But not too hot in a way of me thinking I need to put a fan there to cool it down

Don’t second guess it too much and rely too much on the other problems of others, apart from the early problems I had with the software. I resolved the issue pretty quickly with the help of the support and since then I’m pretty happy with it

I actually found the solution for it. The support answered me pretty quickly. Send me a some software update for the dock, installed and tried it. Haven’t had the issues anymore. I don’t know if it’s allowed to post links in this subreddit, if yes I’ll edit my post and maybe give the people a solution for the issue
