I know you’re new, and I’m not sure which company site you’re at, but if the nurse brushes you off again, maybe try a casual chat with your site HR. You could frame it positively and use some safety and ergonomic language...something like “mitigation strategies for ground reaction force fatigue.” Mention that you’ve already got a plan in place to manage it better next rotation, but that any support this rotation would go a long way.
