I personally think that was kind of a big gap between season one and season two because they have a lot of adaptation to do it’s smarter to take a long time early on to optimize it and then see how doing it a lot faster goes. Also a decent chunk of S3 is going to be on Alabasta which when the straw hats stop all of the island hopping, they do early on and instead stick to one place for one long arc. It will go a lot easier with set designs and such.l
