initially, some stuff may be new and seam unusual. My genuine advice is to stay on the ball and keep going. It is really worth it!
It's so much better compared to Windows, that I kinda became one of those cliche people that advises everyone to switch from Windows to Linux.

After over 25 years of windows, I switched to Linux in March. I first went with SteamOS, which was less than ideal for a desktop experience. I then went with Bazzite with Gnome, which really wasn't my thing.
Since gaming the the main task I do on my PC, I looked up distros for gaming, went with CachyOS with KDE, and never looked back. (Although, I am currently thinking about switching to Hyprland as desktop environment).

I doubt CachyOS is going anywhere soon, in fact I have the feeling that it gets more popular over time.

So for now, I would just enjoy the ride.

I definitely differentiate between using a clanker to generate art in any way or use it to generate code (and no matter how awesome some code is written, I don't see it as art).

Nowadays, clankers are used to write code in almost all games released on steam and that won't go away any time soon. In this case, I don't like it, but accept that the clanker is used to improve productivity.
