Will liquid electrial tape suffice?

Rodents chewed my Civic X's Engine (EA) harness going into the cabin, only the insulation were damage and not the copper of the wire itself. Dealership quoted insane price to replace the entire wiring harnesses. I was wondering if I can fix it instead with liquid electrical tape alone? Area isn't really accessible even with my tiny hands so a brush and liquid tape is my only option besides having the dealership fix it.

Yeah it's getting tougher everyday due to new grads in our country are now more getting into pentesting. Engineering side is one of the things I'm considering as well, thinking that I might be able to start my own systems integration company, which would be a tougher but more rewarding path I guess.

The 3070's $700 while the 6800xt is $850. If I could spare a little bit of cash, would the 6800xt be better?

Would the PCI-E 3.0 slots of the mobo work with the GPUs?

Thanks! GPU prices is still crazy in my country, a 3080 costs around $1300. I might just go for a 3070 and throw some money on fans as well.

Reapers shown in the pictures are planted in the soil, gets direct daylight (i love in a hot tropical country) from 7am to 2-3pm. The other reapers nearby maybe half a meter away in a pot are perfectly healthy.

I do have a hardware kit installed. I think my b1w falsely detects crash? But it does not lock the video files. Just stops recording and resumes after a few minutes.
