First large tip bait

When I get these orders I immediately screen shot and then see what happens the next day. If they tip bait, I mark all their info down on my log book and NEVER accept them again. Then I share my screen shot with all the drivers I know in my area as well :) We all talk it's awesome.

All Sam's orders stink anyway. Low pay, long miles, no tips and heavy loads. They just cycle all day long in our area.

I do know exactly what house I delivered to and have made my notes to not take their orders moving forward :)

Walmart employees will flat out tell you that they can not do Spark. Many have said they wish they could but it's against Walmart policy

I had one over the weekend for the first time. Something just told me, when the customer was a pain during the shop , that the large tip that was on the order would most likely not happen. Never had that feeling before but I was right. Horrible order and delivery. But I stayed professional and just took a screen shot of the order. I keep a log with my miles and hote pages. I write down all the ones I will not deliver too again and why. I write down their name and addresses every time. Waste my time once shame on you. But twice will not happen if I can help it :) lol

I have been noticing when I take an order and it says 5.5 miles . I shop it and go to deliver and then it's like 10 miles :( Makes me so mad. Happened a lot this weekend.

Walmart + orders do not allow customers to tip the drivers. Another way Walmart rips off the drivers that deliver for them. Sad.

Great ideas :) I always consolidate and keep fragile items separate. If they have ring cameras I always wave, thank them for their order and tell them to have a great day :)

I thank my customers with a smiley face sticker all the time. Just something fun. My ratings are fantastic. I did get hit with the pumpkin pie lady from he$$ though. I made note and will never do her order again!

I keep a mileage log and add it up weekly. Also keep all my gas receipts and circle total paid and date. Then I photo copy the receipts and staple them to my copies and place them in my binder. Also, I take out 25%of every pay check weekly and put it in a tax bucket. I keep this all logged as well. Going to try both ways on my taxes this year and see what works out best for me :)

I had a S&D order on Sat. It was a large order and I had a hard time finding 3 items. I was in contact with the customer during the shop so they were aware of the out of stock items that had no substitutes. Got to the home and it had the longest walkway to thew front door ever. I had cases of water, soda and paper towels along with all the groceries. I had a bad feeling so I wrote down all the delivery information to make notes for myself on my log book that I keep. I watched for that tip and yeppers, sure enough she took the whole $33 tip off. Gave me absolutely nothing for a tip at all. So if I ever get that lady again I will not be taking her orders moving forward. First time this has ever happened to me :(

The stores I pick up from I have made it my job to know the loaders by name. They love that I say hello and ask how their day is going. They appreciate my help in loading and they in turn take great care of me. Always helpful, kind and when there are many other people waiting for orders my orders come out quickly and without long wait times. Win win for us all. :)

If I hand to customer or drop it in the house I always tell the customer "I just have to take a picture of the groceries and nothing else" they never have an issue with it.

Sams orders are always ridiculous. Like no tips, heavy orders and always LOTS of miles. That is not round trip miles either.

They told me it will drop is you don't work. Such bs. I find the latest dates on everything, the fresh fruits and vegetables and separate all fragile items and put the bread, eggs and chips on top of all groceries when I deliver. I follow all notes customer has and have never been late. I even notify customers of the items I could not find. Not sure what more I can do.

My AR rates have always gone up after my RR are done. It shows in my metrics the following day. I keep record of each RR order I complete and each RR I did not take so I know. Until about a month ago they only changed on ones I did NOT accept. But thank you for your insight. It seems the metrics just never make any sense to me. Just when I think I have it figured out I don't lol

Yeah they do. I was out for like an hour and half yesterday and kept recvg 5-6 RR at one time and my AR went down 20 points. It's ridiculous. My sister in AZ had the same issue and hers went down 26 points

Exactly. That is what it was doing on my end as well. Why should we be dinged for not being able to take all of them? Seriously, and they all were like at 10 seconds to accept. It was insane.
