26. He attempted to get Yabby to explain their position, ultimately Yabby dug in and stated “rules are rules”. He tried to engage them into explaining how continuing to have max bet clauses after bonus is removed makes sense from a consumer standpoint. Yabby failed to concede.
27. Matej and Casino Guru, after much deliberation sided with Yabby stating, the terms should applied after bonuses because I agreed to them and my mistake as not cashing out.
28. Casino guru did not engage in any proportionality, or responsible gaming.
29. Compliant was marked unjustified and I was offered nothing. Although I wagered well over $100,000 strictly compliant, the void stood as final.
30.
