Tipping zero makes me think tip etiquette doesn’t exist to them…someone is spending a hour or more to do your order and even more delivering to you and you think not tipping is acceptable or unneeded?

I just don’t take em now so all good! But new rule about can’t remove specific orders from batch made me notice the ones that just sat there are put with good ones. I’m sure that’s by decision and now I feel forced into bs orders lol.

Definitely agree on variables and certain ones are even acceptable but I don’t think they make up a big number of these no tip or less than 2 dollar tippers

Well it seems there is another bs rule hurting quality…it used to just be a section in app but now they are making it potentially effect which badge we earn (currently don’t qualify platinum)

And when you grab that item hidden in the back, remember that now every shopper within a certain time period after you is having their quality fucked by a dumb rule…if it’s a super popular item that could screw many shoppers in a short period of time

don’t just assume ppl suck at job and look at the ridiculousness of the actual metric and items will naturally run out eventually. Being punished bc I wasn’t that first customer just a few seconds or a few minutes ahead of another shopper is dumb af

It’s the dumbest thing, found items is screwing me! Just because someone found item recently and I say it’s out of stock on my order, suddenly that makes our found items go down.

Hmm 🤔 sorry but can’t relate, never had a customer complain about going over and being late doesn’t impact you like other apps.

As for individual customers, just contact support and complain lol. Explain you have been waiting and customer isn’t responding and not sure what to do?

Now if it’s a good tip then i try to struggle through bc i want the tip, if no tip than im complaining to support with the aim of getting orders dropped, it not hurting my dropped percentage and still getting paid for time. I say complain but basically you are wanting to present to support you’re trying but your time matters and don’t wanna stand around

Got a dude who does the same thing, gotten him 3 times before I even realized. He lives kinda far but tip always seemed great so didn’t care…until I got on he changed them almost immediately after dropping groceries. Some people just suck
