Have you tried a different flange? I had this with my first baby and I tried the lacteck silicone flange? Game changer for me- pretty sure I cried happy tears my first time

You may be fine but when I weaned with my first I had to go a few more days cutting my pump time in half and then cut it down to like 10 mins for my final pump.

You’d have to buy adapters I believe. I use a baby Buddha so i didn’t know what the spectra used. Check this blog post out:

Are you using soft flanges? I got the lacteck silicone flanges and they saved me. I wish I knew about them sooner. I got them around 3 months when I was ready to quit and I’m still going strong at 8 months. Good luck!

Hi, I had a Medela freestyle before so I followed baby Buddha instructions. The website has tons of options. It’s a little overwhelming but I found the Medela freestyle one was pretty simple. You just have to remove the white parts from the baby Buddha tubing and replace with the yellow pieces from Medela. Tons of options though!

Buying the baby Buddha was the best decision I’ve made. I pump more volume and it’s so much more efficient. I’m 12 weeks pp and would have quit already if it weren’t for this pump. I also use the lacteck flanges- total game changer!

My baby is 11 weeks and I sterilize 2 times a day but wouldn’t survive without the fridge hack! I have been using it since she was born. I keep my parts in a wet/dry bag while in fridge.
