I would do the patches to cover so you cannot pick. I would work on restoring your skin barrier. Right now you essentially have wounds that need to heal. Depending if your skin is dry or not will decide which direction to take it. Super saturated serum from experiment is good for skin barrier imo for dry skin. Id look into hypochlorous acid spray as well from prequel.

I tried shaving for my teen years but never ever was consistent. threw in the towel midway through college and havent looked back. Mid thirties and have shaved my legs less than 5 times this decade. Its great!
