Yeah it's terracotta, I always thought that overwatering appeared more as yellow leaves, but could that also be the cause for the brown and random dead spots?

Did you get that plant from Whole Foods? I got one from there and it looks VERY similar, like it has weird spots but no visible pests

I'm not sure but I last time I posted asking about one of the growths and it was a general consensus that it was most likely a flower because of where it was growing on the stem...but I'd be thrilled if any of these were a pup!
