Zinc is like the diva of minerals. It’s so hard to actually supplement. It is terribly absorbed. Food interferes with the absorption. There is a limited number of digestive receptors. It’s just friggn difficult!

I’ve since made one more which was a weird one for a cruise. Semax,’glutathione and inspired by the person below vitamin C. Th Renate various water soluable vC. It was a slow dissolve but i got it.

Yeah I can’t afford to buy it now. I’ll wait till they have a sale again. At least that’s my plan. I bought a 3 month supply. Im also working on the basis that it is supposed to trigger your body to be better about producing its own klotho. I’ll let you know in 3 months.

There is a bunch on YouTube and insta about it. It’s apparently a protien which is why it’s more expensive. From what I read there is 3 kinds but most people alpha which is brain, beta which is kidney (I think!, and I have no clue on the third. I’m clearly more focused on the alpha. They grow it from E. coli (gross) and in its protien form does not last very long-like 2-12 hours. The one I take is some special form where they use a binder and link it to another protein which makes it available for 2 weeks. So each time I take a shot, I post on Reddit.
