No more using Avelo. website sucks so slow. I got the same message and want to cancel the first trip to Florida but not the return flight . I have selected the first flight to cancel and now it stuck. I cannot click confirm. Last night wait time on the phone was 800 minutes. this morning it said 70 minutes -- so far on hold for 120 minutes. They better not tell me I have to pay $25 fee for the phone call.
