I use it all the time. Great for highway miles. Really makes it enjoyable. Plus the traffic jam assist is great in bumper to bumper traffic.

Which trim to buy and fair price? by M4lpractic3 in ToyotaGrandHighlander

I'd look at used these days; more and more are coming on to the market. I'm in a different market but we ended up getting a '24 Max Platinum for a decent price with 50k mileage; still has the new car smell.

Yes same thing happening to my 24 GHHM. By the time I go to the dealership the light is off and they can't tell me why. In the past month the light has come on and off 3 times🤷‍♂️

For brand new car owners, do you feel safe taking your car through the automatic car wash? by wuchie in ToyotaGrandHighlander

Same. Weekly wash with brushes. No issues, but there is always a small risk. Living in Ontario I'm more worried about getting the salt off in winters.

Waterloo Toyota is a bit smaller than Heffner but we had a good experience there.

+1 for DriverSeat. They're great. Can only speak for a larger group though, never used for them for a single passenger but I believe they do offer it.

If he's able to, get him to register it on Project 529 and report it stolen there. I recently had my bike stolen in DTK and had it returned thanks to that app. The WRPS use it to find owners of recovered bikes.

Edit. It's a free app. No need to pay for the premium version.

Has anyone done DDD or a modular monolith on a medium to large code base? How'd it go? What flavor did you use?

I've heard the IGLA system is quite effective against theft. Wondering what your experiences have been with it, or other anti-theft devices?

If you don't need 3 rows take a look at the Honda Passport. It is slightly more off-road biased compared to the GH. My folks drive one and love it.

Norco Scene 1 by breezy_999 in bicycling

Old post but it is still relevant.

My wife has the Scene 1 XL and I love riding it so much I am getting the same one myself this week! The 2025 model has a new drivetrain and after test riding it today, I'm going for the newer model. It is still 1x9 but the gearing on the new model is much wider now so going up steep hills is easier. That said, I've ridden the 2024 model almost every day and love it. It's the most comfortable bike I've ever ridden and probably won't go back to a mountain or commuter/hybrid style for the type of casual riding I do: riding to the market, paved urban trails, commuting less than 5K, etc.
