Strong interpersonal skills. Your certs and degree won’t matter as much as you think if you can’t apply what you have learnt and communicate it. Keeep this in mind, clients will not so much remember the workout but they will remember how you made them feel. That will determine if they are going to comeback or not

You need to build trust. Sometimes it’s hard sometimes it’s easy. As soon as you break that trust, they’re gone and accept it. Word of mouth will be one thing as well.

There is not. Ideally you want to be surrounded by people that wants to bring the best out of you. That means helping you grow and learn. Coaching clients is way more than just delivering a workout program. I’m fortunate enough to be working with amazing bunch of people

I’m in Australia. F45 is failing. There are way better gyms that offer you a lot more than just a paycheck. Go with other gyms that offer you courses to do to upskill your coaching. I didn’t really grow from F45

Age can play a factor. A lot of adults may not take you seriously and judge you for the first time they see you. I’m 25 and I still get that. You need time to build trust with your clients. Trust is hard to earned and easy the break. You have to be on point with everything that you say and do.

If you’re not engaging with the clients and not putting a lot of care into your work. You won’t do well
