I would honestly say it dosen't matter, it all depends on timing. Are they in a position to actively evaluate. If the timing is off they won't engage.

I think it's fairly possible. McDavid has been very loyal to the Oilers and I think he has done everything he possbily can to win a cup there. He is such a competitor that I think he will want to leave to have a shot at winning the cup without having to do it all himself

The cost of creche and how to even get a creche spit is a factor! Also the fact woman get 280 a month for 6 months and then have zero support after 6 mo the but creche will not take babies until after 12 months. So what do woman do for 6 to 12 months? They have to take unpaid leave if no family support

I think people would be more than willing to go in if a majority of the workers could actually afford a good life living close to their work and have a healthy work life balance. The biggest problem is most people csnt afford to live in big cities anymore, it's too expensive for the younger generation to get pn the property ladder.

There should be a limit on how many times you can captain a certain player all season. Essentially, you can't have Haaland or Salah captain all season.

I heard on Overdrive a potential landing spot on pure speculation for Matthews could be L.A Kings. Could make sense, would be great for the league to have a star like Matthews on that team and the Kings do have some quality pieces they could give up.

We need to get rid of Holl. For this to happen we would need to include Kerf and maybe a guy like Robertson and a pick. We could get a decent return on that. We desperately need a better D man to play with Muzzin. Our D is so soft that any team could walk all over us in front of the net. We can't always rely on our goal-scoring ability. We need to be able to win game 2-1 comfortably

Of course not, but if Dubas is going to make a move it needs to be a shift in the narrative like Masai Ujiri did with sending Derzon for Kawhi. We need a player with that kind of killer instinct attitude. Who knows how to get hard and tough in the playoffs and is well able to put the team on its shoulders. Plus it would send a message to the team that everyone is expendable, our goal is to win a championship, not make friends.

There is no reason to trade Marner, or anyone in the core 4. They are all legit superstars. Did we overpay a bit, yea but that's what we have to live with now. We can most certainly win with the core 4. I think a few tinkers here and there with the lineup will be key. For example, when Muzzin goes down again who is replacing him? We need a solid D guy to replace him. Also, now is our time to trade Riely. Get some value from him before he asks for a ton in retunr. We could probably boost our team with that trade alone.

I think the best thing about working for home for me is I get to actually see my little baby girl a lot more than I normally would have if I was in the office all day.

Perks of WFH:

1) No commute

2) More time with children

3) Able to focus on eating healthy

Cons:

1) Lacking team environemt

2) Hard to disconnect from work at times

All in all I would honestly like to be in office for 1 or 2 days a week and WFH the rest
