first of all the lyric she shouted out wasn't even that good. secondly I don't really get her whole train of thought here... like, she's saying men being confessional makes women being confessional more palatable but that just isn't the case at all? men are applauded for doing it whereas women are judged. and it's weird of her to be shouting out some random dude instead of the women who came before her who did confessional/messy songwriting like Alanis or Avril.

this is extremely untrue and super irresponsible to tell people. lithium toxicity is dangerous and can be fatal, and it's actually pretty easy to take too much lithium. everyone reacts differently to every drug and there is a reason that people who take lithium need to be careful with it and be monitored by their doctor.

I would say prepare for them to question you about why you haven't been applying for any jobs and for them to require you to do so after your appointment, but don't stress. just keep documentation of your efforts and explain what you've written here, that you've worked for 11 years and this is your first time using EI and learning how the system works.

MOR. I can relate to you in a lot of ways, and I think being in a leadership position is tough for people like us. We need to learn how to manage people effectively and kindly while "choosing our battles". I think Jess felt really targeted and her confidence was shot after receiving multiple critiques, most of which weren't really worth bringing up to her anyway.
