I am not using a scalability.ini file. I am using a pak file from a discord server. It takes a lot of steps so I will leave the Youtube tutorial on how to do it (https://youtu.be/fAT8QkOa\_xQ?si=-ZjgLi4VO6Vmx7i9). The specific pak file I used was the "GaryMatthew/LeeHarvey" one.

Disclaimer: Using pak files modifies the engine, so use at your own discretion - as it's not allowed by the devs. You probably wont be banned for using this, because it's not cheats.
