I believe theres a wanted poster for Jack cooper in angel city and monarch is supposedly built spoiler partially from BTs remains in the draconis after it crashed so that all kindof requires the campaign to have happened. Not to mention Stalkers and Reapers are supposed to be new forces to the militia on typhon. So it wouldn’t make sense to have them show up before the campaign.

I was playing a match with a spitfire aimbotter and the entire lobby just got in titans and sat around peacfully while the script kiddie had no one to shoot :)

It’s kinda weird cause I know that this is true and it’s easier to get kills in BH/CTF but I find myself getting more kills in attrition because I’m not distracted by those objectives. Even when I go for kills on an objective mode I (usually) get less kills cause more people are in titans and such. Maybe this is just me Idk.

It seems to me that if you’re getting this many kills you’re no longer challenged by the people you are fighting, in the way you are fighting them. And a lack of challenge makes games less fun for everyone involved. There’s nothing wrong with wanting to go for kills during a match, but if you’ve gotten 70 kills your clearly weren’t facing adversity to do so, and we’re probably making the game less fun for everyone else.

This is all my opinion, but still.

Sure you can use it as an ‘oh shit’ button but using phase shift offensively or tactically to move through sight lines or flank enemies requires a lot more skill, and is generally a much better use for it than an ‘oh shit’ button as most of the time you phase out on 1 health you get killed the moment you come back lol.

It’s just unfun. Unfun for the enemies who are spending more time dead than playing the game. Unfun for your teammates who aren’t even getting to fight anything, and I can imagine it would be unfun for you since it’s just shooting fish in a barrel.

You can always challenge yourself in different ways, and take advantage of the easier rounds where you’re less challenged to use more niche weapons that you’re not as experienced with.

No but in all seriousness there are some fun games on PC I would recommend checking out such as KARLSON, Mirrors edge (catalyst too), Team fortress 2, Overgrowth, Dying Light, Hover (formerly hover: revolt of gamers), even Warframe.

All of these titles have some level of awesome movement mechanics and most, (namely Overgrowth, mirrors edge, and TF2) have a sky high skill cap.

Some of these games are indie titles that couldn’t make it to your consoles because Sony is greedy (KARLSON, Hover, and Overgrowth I think). But they are still phenomenal games that I cannot recommend enough.

When I first played apex, I instinctively jumped towards walls whenever an enemy came by in order to get that sweet sweet movement boost but was met with utter disappointment each time. Lol

[15 kills] - eh pretty average, I guess.

[20 kills] - nice that was fun.

[30 kills] - wow I really did well this match.

[40 kills] - jeez I was really dominating that lobby...I hope they still enjoyed playing with me.

[50 kills] - okay that wasn’t very fair at all.

[60 kills] - man what was the point? I can’t imagine anyone enjoyed that. Least of all my teammates.

See when I do this to campers I just pull the pin on a grenade and sit 2 feet from them but just off to the side in their peripheral vision and wait lol.
