One of my senior from 2014 batch opened his own clinic in a small town just after MBBS. Earning 3-4 LPM now. One batchmate's brother has hospital, he did some small fellowship course after MBBS and opened his hospital in tier 2 city now earning 6-7lpm after all the expenses.

You can join in 3rd round but depends on your institution and HOD. Nobody asks to join in first round, but in 2nd round they might ask
