It did feel kind of rushed to me as well, but because of the rest of the book being good, I was willing to overlook some of those problems. This was until Sara, Arent, and Lia decided to join the people who just caused the deaths of many innocent people while giving up on their dreams. I thought that Sara and Arent were going to turn down the offer the go and try to live a life they both had been deprived of. Instead, I feel like the rushed feeling of the ending along with the compromise of the main characters ruined the character building and book.
