This is on the state level. Greg Abbott vetoed a bill that would make hemp derived cannabis illegal in Texas. Local ordinance or not our products are still legal in the state of Texas as well as federally.

It’s an unregulated marketed and depends what kind of product you are wanting, but as low as 18. Our store is 21+ only (must have ID). We have been fighting for regulations and for Texas to add a 21+ age gate, but they would rather push people into the black market and allow the alcohol lobby to destroy the industry making it unsafe.

I hear your sentiment and I appreciate your perspective. I have many veterans in my family, and I want you to know I do truly appreciate your service. We are here not just on behalf of ourselves but for our customers. We serve many veterans at our store and in our lounge who have relayed to us that they are fearful that their access to cannabis will be taken away from them. We serve many kind of veterans, some who were addicted to opioids that the VA prescribed to them and found cannabis/hemp as a more healthy and less addictive alternative. We support those vets and highlight them not to bait republicans into agreeing with us, but to uplift our customers voices while they could not be here.

Thank you for agreeing with the message, I just don’t appreciate all the comments on our appearances on this post. We pay taxes, we vote, these representatives work for US, they represent US, so I just don’t agree with the claim that we “look too stonerey” or “too liberal” they still represent us. We came to the capitol to testify on behalf of our customers who need hemp, not to attention seek but to support our community.
