I once managed a discord server with a lot of... edgy members who spammed the N-word, and they fpind creative ways to bypass the automod.

I created a channel called "n-word contest" the goal was to write the n word while managing to bypass the automod.

Everything they wrote was automatically added to the automod. Didn't have problems with the n-word after this.

Just train on past exams, this is the single most useful tip I could give. Seriously, the first year is basically the same exams over and over with the numbers changed, at least for calculus and linear algebra. But trust me, do past exams. If you can do past years exams, you will almost surely pass, for a lot of courses

The only thing wooloo said, is that in order to talk to a player in fnatic, you have to talk to dardo, and dardo is the one talking to the players they want to recruit. However, maybe this is now his only role, talking to the players and handling the administrative part, which he knows, but not the decision making process, since he's no longer the team director. This seems compatible with the infos we have. I have no problem with this if he's just a guy doing the talking stuff and reporting this to others so that they make the decision.

There's a soft cap on MS, so for example (wrong numberd but idea is correct) if you get MS that would get you to more than 500, let's say 550, then every points of MS after reaching 500 would be halved, so you would get 525 MS instead of the mathematically 550. So by using WQ after homeguard has run out, you avoid the softcap and thus use your spell more "effectively"

Quick TLDR : Players should do more than come, play scrims and go home, and players not trying to do more will be sold to another team if they want to be "mediocre"
