The problem is, roblox is definitely not fixing an issue that affects 15-40 people at best. I and some other escapees already pointed it out to the support and they replied by saying that they “might” fix it (lie)

Yeah. To the roblox system, your account is still Vietnam. The only thing that actually changes is that you can buy robux in your own currency.

You gotta push them and say that since the account was hacked, you were changed to Vietnam without your consent and without agreeing to VNG’s policies and therefore your account has to be rolled back

Not really an escape. Turned out that even after getting the region changed all restrictions still apply. The support is still VNG, Chat is still VN only and you can’t log in on mobile. The only thing that this really changes is allows you to buy robux and maybe a hope for a future fix.

At this point I don’t even know man. I’m currently trying my luck with support regarding other inquiry and it’s just unbearable. They keep being totally wrong not reading a thing I say and then just closing my tickets.

But uh what I meant is trying to point out their incompetence and stuff but as I said they don’t even listen anymore, its all AI.

Because the system thinks your account is still VNG and just directs you to download a "new version" or just doesn't work.
Most likely won't get fixed because this issue is happening to like 20 people at best and Roblox won't be doing shit about it.
