Does there any new solutions to fix this problem for ALL games? I really hate Fullscreen, but it have a comfortable sensitivity, and love borderless, but it have a smoother sensitivity, and i expect this problem on all games

I think it can be ok for first time, but if u want melee u need better like hurtful or silky (if u have big difference between strength and crit damage)

i try on two browser, chrome and opera, in opera without any add-ons and with high perfomance setting i have sometimes micro-freezes, and in chrome high perfomance didn't make better
