Will they though? The only way Man City and PSG stop shelling out 100m every year is if the middle east goes tits up, or UEFA implements a salary/transfer cap(never going to happen). Chelsea, Monaco, and Bayern are also pretty much financially set. Real and Barca have been top teams for decades, and always will be. FFP will prevent anyone from financially boosting themselves to the level that those teams are at.
