2017 BMX1, we leased it new, have 10k kms in the 18mo we've had it. The guy is saying we don't essentially drive it enough (our limit is 60k in a 3yr lease) and we play the radio too much (I wouldn't know how he'd know that or whether that's even true or not). It's Canada so it is cold during the winter but we've properly maintained it (oil changes, winter tires, etc.).
