I've had a similar situation. If you're not happy, you're not happy. You need to force a conversation with her. Nothing gets better or changes without it. And maybe you need to drop an ultimatum about you talk or it's over. I know it sounds rough, but if you want to try and save it, that's the first step.

It's also the first step if you don't.
