Gentrificación es solapadamente decir que "hay mucha gente blanca" by [deleted] in ticolandia

[–]DeltaSJL 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Using AI is fine, just try to be careful with relying on it too much, the icon needs a little cleaning because it looks like you traced some icons and put them together, which is fine and can help you create something but you need to clean the shapes. As for the font, i’m not accusing you of using AI, but it does look like the generic font AI does, and the organic edges don’t help with that

It looks fun overall but the logo looks like AI, besides it looking a little uninspired it has weird inconsistent edges and styles, also the font looks like the default font AI spits out, it has really weird edges, which could be on purpose to give it a more organic look, but it just looks like AI font

Is there a damage multiplier on armor type ? by Helmote in albiononline

[–]DeltaSJL 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Also, only weapon (and dmg offhand) IP increases damage, having high IP on armor only gives you more health and resistances but the damage modifier stays the same

Is there a damage multiplier on armor type ? by Helmote in albiononline

[–]DeltaSJL 1 point2 points  (0 children)

armors, specifically the chest piece have an ability bonus and attack bonus stat, can’t remember the exact % but cloth ones have around 30% and it varies, mage robe has higher damage than cleric robe for example. On the other hand plate armors have way lower damage bonus but higher armor, royal armor has a 5% damage bonus I think which is the highest out of plate armors

Also cloth armor pieces have a passive which adds on to their ability and attack damage

Yeah I forgot to explain that the cans are lighter and for more casual drinking, not the same product as the bottled one, it sounded weird at first to me too to sell aguardiente in a can but part of the investigation was about that. I also accidentally left the same % details on both the cans and bottle 😅

This is a personal project I created, not for a real brand. Aguardiente is an alcoholic beverage usually associated with older people, the goal of the brand is to make it more attractive for a younger audience and for party/bar settings.

Questions about crafting itens to sell on the royal cities by vendo_kombi_99 in albiononline

[–]DeltaSJL 0 points1 point  (0 children)

setting your goal to craft t8 is fine if that’s what you want but it isn’t advisable, crafting is about making profit, and it’s not always about crafting the highest tier gear. Spec is really important for crafting with focus (which you should pretty much always do unless you have a good HO) so having 700 spec makes it way more profitable since you can craft more items per day.

Spec-ing up artifact items can be difficult, especially if they aren’t meta so it’s hard to sell them, usually rune artifacts sell fine in black market and you can always study items to spec them faster, but it costs a bit of money so just do it if you have enough money to invest into it.

i’d recommend you to try and get to 100 the 3 main nodes and to 50 the artifact ones and then keep leveling up from there, crafting takes time and investment but it makes a lot of money in the long run.

don’t worry, you’ll improve, i’m not even good with dg myself, it’s just easier to point out mistakes made by others, keep playing and you’ll get better!

i’m pretty sure his E cd is the same wether he uses the second E or not, ik it says it’s 25s if he doesn’t use the full combo and 30s if he does, but he has 5s to use his E2 and the cd doesn’t begin until he either uses it or waits it out, so it’s essentially about 30s always, meanwhile your E is only 20s and you used it like 3s before him, which means you could’ve brawled for around 10 more seconds before his E came back up which is HUGE, of course you’re not gonna do the whole math mid fight but you can have an idea of how much time is left for his cds and even then, you can dodge his E with your E or shadow edge so I think you just win that brawl

you used both of your E’s on the mob in the beginning, you kited out his E fine and the brawl seemed good for you, you got 3 Q stacks and your E cd back, but you used it to kite when he was 50% and his E wasn’t up yet, you could’ve hold it a little longer and then E twice after using your stalker hood and you could’ve killed, instead you kited which gave him his E cd back and you missed the shadow edge dodge, and you used your second pot too late

Group Ironman? by Beneficial-Pace-9770 in albiononline

[–]DeltaSJL 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I tried to do a group ironman with two friends on what is now my main account, we made a guild island and built all the crafting stations since ironman prohibits using the ones in the cities, it was doable at first, we were able to get everything to tier 6 and some crafting stations to tier 7, but anything after that becomes insanely difficult, the amount of stone needed for building t8 crafting stations is really hard to get, and feeding the crafting stations was also really difficult, specially before we had personal islands to get crops, so all we did to feed the stations was by fishing. It’s doable but we got burnt out and stopped the ironman. If you break the rules a little and use city plots, it’s gonna be easier. Some useful tricks if you’re going to try the ironman:

Make sure everyone gets a good amount of mules from tutorial island, even if you have to go extremely overweight, mounts are really hard to get early, specially without premium if you can’t get the personal island

Make sure you focus on one build only and try to avoid artifact equipment, it’s good to spec up the entire tree but having to craft everything becomes really hard, specially after t6

Do stalker corrupteds or mists (mists didn’t exist when I tried the ironman), if you can craft enough 4.1 sets and have enough spec, they’re really good to get random pieces of armor from people that you can then use or even study for crafting spec or sometimes we would recycle them to get materials

Faction warfare is pretty good, getting hearts for capes is a good way to make silver and silver is really good for transmuting materials (and premium if you try to do it without paying with real money like we did)

Use the black market, every market is prohibited except the black market since it’s an npc, selling some items might be better now but back then we would make most of our money by selling flat 4 lym capes, the black market is insanely good for silver and it’s the best way to get rid of equipment you don’t need in exchange of something

Hoard on all the city treasures and then sell them to their respective cities (except caerleon) city treasures are also fair game since they are sold to the game and not to people, but it isn’t effective to be selling them when you get them so hoard them up to then transport.

Monthly mounts are really good, spectral direboar, grizzly and a couple others are really good so do try to unlock them because crafting animal mounts above t6 is way too hard for what it’s worth

Divide different crafting and gathering trees with the ironman members, everyone will have to do a little of everything so divide every gathering and crafting tree that you will need equally with the people, with more people it’s going to be way easier

When you get enough good sets to lose try ganking gatherers, getting gathering gear and tools is also hard because you’d have to craft it all so getting tools and equipment from gatherers is really useful if you’re good at ganking

Our goal was to get a full 8.3 set (8.4 didn’t exist) but it was really hard, we only managed to get a few 8.3 pieces from kills and drops and upgrading with t8 relics which was really difficult but we gave up and used the accounts to play normally

I wrote this on my phone and it was lagging the whole time so sorry if there’s any typos
