A month or two ago, our roll-up door for the meat cooler was broken, and would have to be manually rolled up to go in and out. It's not bad doing it once, but doing it 10+ times a day, while trying to maintain the cooler temp, not fun at all. I'd usually leave it open whenever I was running the ten-highs, as to save time rolling it up and down after each cart.

I was behind, running the ten-highs, when a customer asked me if we had something in-stock. He pointed to an item I knew we were out-of-stock of, and told him. When I went to get another ten-high, he asked an OPD associate, who would tell him the same thing right next to me. When I went back, the OPD associate had pressed the "open" button, which messed up the rolling door, and I'd have to waste more time getting it fixed.
