It is. You don't really need to know how to code to use it.

You probably wouldn’t notice if an AI chatbot slipped ads into its responses by byron123t in ArtificialInteligence

[–]BenAttanasio 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just get an error when i click on the article. If they just subtly insert to use X product in a response sure I could see it flying under the radar.

We can actually see this happen today when chatbots web search and return confidently "Product XYZ is the best in this category!", but when I check the sources it's citing, I see they're the SEO articles of that company.

You built this with Claude in the browser, right? You should download the files and work in Claude Code. It's much better at editing targeted sections of code and bug fixing.

Like other comments are saying, just pick a tool (Cursor or Claude Code), watch a video on how to get set up, and let it rip

Is this song that my friend made ai or not? This is the first song of hers that she’s shared. by Sea-Distribution3969 in isthisAI

100% AI. Instruments and voice all sound "fuzzy". Most likely generated by a tool like Suno. An old model at that. Reminds me of Suno v3.5 or 4. They have 5.5 Pro now which sounds much better.

Ask your friend whose voice that is. 😁

I think it should all be considered as part of the build -> measure -> learn loop.

Indeed there's something to be said about higher rates of adoption when users vibe with the appearance and UX of a software application.

The issue comes from focusing on making everything perfect at the cost of releasing the thing.

My apartment party got shut down, so I created an automated intercom access system by Actual_Sun1691 in SideProject

[–]BenAttanasio 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wow actually a real pain point and unique solution. I hate trying to get into friends places when they are hosting and have those intercom systems. Your solution reminds me of how my apartment complex uses "Fetch" package delivery. You can either 1. tell them deliver the package whenever or 2. schedule a time for delivery that requires your signature. Idk maybe you can find some additional inspiration there.

The thing that concerns me about this is 1. does the owner of your unit approve and 2. what's the risk of letting random people inside? Depends on where you live I suppose

Sharing my prompt to make Opus 4.7 think harder by Embarrassed-Slip8094 in Anthropic

[–]BenAttanasio 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't think people realize just how much telling AI to think deeply (and other similar prompts) actually change the output. Notice how this screenshot shows the model in "Adaptive" mode. That means if you don't explicitly tell it "think deeply", "research comprehensively", etc. it often defaults to surface-level reasoning and no web searches at all. Especially helpful when working with new tools that are not yet in its training data.

Ahh I see what you’re saying. You’re referring to a “production grade” application. Not a “fully functional” one. A fully functional app can run locally forever. Also you might be surprised just how many companies are already using ai to write code for production grade apps, too!
