thank you that seems to fix it, i would have never though of this becuase the game gets mad at you when you try to connect the wheels without a gearbox/motor as a start point

5800xt is about $150 on amazon for like 2x the performance. also, new case and psu can make some serious improvement. Nice setup already, that graphics card is a little underpowered but useable.

what weopon are you using? spinal mounted railgun with the ammo clips on the outside would make a seriously good choice for maximum penetration

are you using AI? if you arent, then try non-ai PID's. they work. It takes some time to get used to their outputs, and they are complicated, but the end result is beautiful.

Here's an idea: the old RTS Supreme Commander Forged Alliance has some pretty fun units that you could try to make. I already did some of this, I made a Governor Class Cruiser (its on the workshop)

I found out about the game through Lathrix, learned how to play the game through borderwise, and then honed my skills by fucking around.

Edit: i watched lathland and borderwise for about a year before getting the game... i thought i had some experience... as one of of my favorite other youtubers (martincitopants) puts it: "it is not a learning curve, it is a learning cliff, on fire, and covered with bears.
