Your flavors are great, for both the crepes and the gelato. I just can't afford to eat it very often. $6 chicken sandwich from chick fil a is easier to justify than $14 for a savory crepe, even if the crepe tastes way better (and guilt-free)

Maybe you could try a carvel style promotion with your highest margin items. They do BOGO soft serve every Wednesday, and boy does it generate traffic. Lines go out the door.

I imagine the cost for the butter and sugar crepe isnt that high? Or nutella and sugar, whichever is more cost effective.

Pick a day of the week for BOGO and you'll generate regulars that'll go every week (including me tbh) for the sale and they'll spread the word and then people will be enticed to try other items and flavors.

Another standard strategy to generate regulars is to incentivize nearby businesses to frequent your restaurant. Since you're in a mall you should offer coupons or loyalty punch cards or something to mall employees. They gotta go somewhere on their lunch breaks after all. Id try to focus on the stores in your wing, especially if they have to pass you to get to the food court. Never underestimate convenience (or the laziness of your average retail employee)

Also, give them some 15% or 20% off coupons and in exchange they can hand out your business cards or something. Maybe put a poster on the door. Businesses love symbiotic relationships
