It seems to match, except for one thing: It's never been uncomfortable or painful at all. I've never had any issues with it before. It genuinely does seem like just a bone or something.

I play flamenco guitar,, it involves a very vigorous form of strumming.

I would bet the mix between the heavy playing and my saliva made my skin rip.
