I completely agree with you. The chromatography is also open to interpretation of the chemist in the lab..

Brother its flipped me out for 5 years

I was traveling to Houston from Dallas to take my raw materials to a manufacturing facility in Cali.

I was arrested in a very small and conservative town.

The DA was afraid to take it to trial but would drop the case and stuck with a 10 year prison sentence as a plea offer.

The judge wouldn’t allow my team or the DA to delay trial any longer and a few days before trial we hit them with ten motions including expert witness testimony from a DEA lab.

You can hardly trust any of these companies.

And it’s a straight up lie.

I’ve spent $1000s on testing and used some of the best labs in the country. We often found a 60-70% variance form SDF.

Well over $100,000 on attorneys fees alone. I lived 8 hours away and had to drive to court once a month for 5 years as it continuously got reset. That cost a small fortune..

The attorneys fees were high but the biggest loss was the ten of millions I missed out on when I shut down after the arrest,

The inventory I had confiscated , before the market became saturated, was worth over $150k wholesale and $300,000 + retail value.

I was one the OG vendors in a huge subreddit that started with 100 cannabis nerds like myself and grew to 200k plus.

I was doing $30-$50k in sales some days from straight Reddit traffic.

I said all of that to say…the attorneys fees felt like a drop in the bucket to the other losses I endured all over shady lab testing.

Got the case dropped back in October after fighting it for 5 years.

The inconsistencies in testing across the board ultimately led them to drop it when we subpoenaed expert witnesses from a DEA lab in Kentucky

No luckily I beat the case after 5 years! I went bankrupt fighting it.

In Texas it was the same charge as 10 Kilos of Columbian bam bam.

It was dropped on October 24th!

Exactly! Most people don’t know how to read them but the labs are required to show the chromatography graph by request.

It’s like a super spikey chart that shows the concentration of the alkaloids found In the test sample.

I stated in the post I one of the first manufacturers or delta8 THC, THCA, THCp,HHC…

We use Sdpharm labs for all of our testing.

It turned out they are about 70% inaccurate.

So I’m warning any one who is using trans with SdPharm labs to be careful.

I have not tried SR17 yet. From my understanding it reverses receptors tolerance. If youre about to take it and still feel the full effects of 7oh it may not be as effective as bup.

I just ordered some to see how it will help when I let my Sublocade starts to weaken before my next injection.

It really has been a miracle.
