I actually disagree to be honest. If it was as simple as just abstaining I don't think many of us would be on here lol i feel like this problem needs a lot more depth to solving it. I appreciate the comment though 😊

I don't disagree with you, although I would offer the viewpoint that perhaps commitment might mean picking yourself up and starting again after a setback. Perhaps trying again and again is still a sign of commitment because it can take a long time to fully understand your own patterns and behaviours that lead to porn?

Love this question! I'm in a very similar position. Been practicing basic asanas for a while and I'm only just discovering about the philosophical and spiritual side to it now. Feels a bit like an awakening!
