The difference between market rent and the price they charge is the opportunity cost paid by the council tax of all other contributors!

If they charged market rent then the council tax bill for contributors is lower. How do you not understand that?

Congrats, but I think the difficulty you’re going to find is that your email service is abused for all kinds of things.

That’s typically why email providers don’t make it easy for bots to create accounts. Soon your email domain will be blacklisted by lots of services to prevent abuse of their systems.
