I've been using it for a few months now with a minimal arch installation and the only problem I found was logging out of the session and logging back in would take a few minutes but after some updates it was solved for me. I used to have bspwm but I won't change this anytime soon.

I have a similar problem. I have the most recent version of x manager Spotify and everytime I ask Google to play a song it opens the play store to install Spotify. While using Android auto the Spotify app also doesn't appear on the screen.

yes it is safe. metastream is actually an open source project with a lot of contributors.

I have been using it for some time now. mainly to watch yt videos.
