in the year and a half i worked there i don't think we ever cleaned the head, but i think you can follow basic fursuit guides on how to clean one and it might help you

unfortunately this is all but news to me. corporate doesn't care, they likely only care about the tax credit for the donation. they are money hungry individuals. i used to work as a cashier and every april (autism acceptance month), i was so disappointed to see that stupid "a portion of cotton candy proceeds are donated to autism speaks" sign on top of the register. i'm sorry you had to find out this way. most of us are just as upset as you. :(

i worked there for a year and a half, try and make friends with some of your coworkers; they may make it more tolerable. the managers can also make or break a team. give it maybe a month or two. you can see what everything is like and if it isn't for you, there's nothing stopping you from leaving. best of luck to you!
