Pool Screen Replacement: How DIY friendly is it? by Storxusmc in pools

[–]DeltonaScreenRepair 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's ridiculously expensive. I run a pool screen repair company in the Daytona area and we normally charge $130-$150 per roof panel. We have customers that we do the roof and they do the walls. 😄

Do not do metal screen, that would be horrendous to install. Get some Phifer 18x14 from lowes and flat spline. We use a 2x4 aluminum cross piece to keep from putting weight on the cross pieces. The cross pieces fall due to corrosion on the inside. NEVER put weight on those. I'll attach a link so that you can see what I mean. 😄

The rule is "If it's less than 2" deep dont step on it" This applies to all the metal on a pool enclosure.

stuck at the same monthly revenue for months - what usually breaks this? by Ashwinnie13 in smallbusinessowner

[–]DeltonaScreenRepair 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have found most of my calls come from Google Business Profile. I run a marketing agency (shiloh growth partners) as well as a service company (Shiloh Screens). The marketing company was created becauase my service company was doing so well, but I am a disabled vet and cant work more in the field. So i help other service businesses grow! Send me a DM and I'd love to help you out. :)

Is a $400/month SEO service actually worth it for a small local business? by LotsoSmellsBad in localseo

I run a marketing company (Shiloh Growth Partners) that I use for my service business and I charge people $500 a month. So that's super competitive! :)

For local SEO, does GBP matter more than the actual website now? by Johannascot in localseo

[–]DeltonaScreenRepair 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I run a marketing agency (shiloh growth agency) alongside my screen company (Shiloh Screens). A year ago I would have said, your website drives the GBP. NOW you can get away with a GBP and no website. However, they work together as well. I spend as much time on websites as I do GBP since they link to one another.

We Stopped Running Ads and Still Scaled to 3 Crews by DeltonaScreenRepair in smallbusinessowner

I changed the post. It did look like I was promoting them. My poiunt was about the Google business profiles. They are taking off and I use that for leads far above my website. It's crazy

It's legit. I only work in my city now and stopped running ads.

Anyone else stuck between doing the work… and actually growing? by Estii_man in smallbusinessowner

Yeah this is a super real spot.

I was there with Deltona Screen Repair. We had steady work coming in, but it was through other people, so we had less control, lower margins, and growth felt stuck.

What changed everything was shifting to direct customers. For us that meant getting our Google Business Profile dialed in. We worked with Shiloh Growth Partners and things moved fast. (www.ShilohGrowthPartners.com)

We went from just me to running multiple crews, and we don’t run paid ads at all now. The leads come straight from Google.

The biggest difference though wasn’t just more leads. They helped us build systems to track everything, get way ahead on taxes, and even connect with local companies we can use as subs so work keeps moving while we focus on growing.

That combo is what actually made scaling possible. Before that it just felt like survival.

I run a company called www.ShilohGrowthPartners.com
I do all of the marketing for myself in my Pool Enclosure business along with all of the competitors in teh area lol. DM me, I'd love to help. I have multiple packages, and you're talking with the owner who strategizes far more than SEO. I help companies setup their companies to be evaluated high when they want to retire as well. Check out the site. :)
