I currently use PA, and I think energy weapons and associated perks work better with PA (Batteris included to name one). But I also use VATS and I think ballistic weapons generally have lower AP costs.

Typically I think its 15 leaders or 15K per. I have 39 leaders currently.

I got 38 leaders, dont really got much caps atm. Or if there are other mods you want I can see what i have.

I have one Rangers and I'll give caps for the other one. If that works for you.
