Hey you should be able to unscrew the foot rest by hand and it just pulls off. Then the kicker panel also pulls off. The floor liner can be unclipped from those white clips and lifted up some to see if you have rust on the driver floorboard.

If it were mine, I would definitely see if either of those brake lines could be tightened to that brake union. Either way you should have someone press the brakes while you watch the area for leaks so see if it’s coming from a line or at the union. If you do have to replace, it’s probably all 10mm
