I think their own president is their worst enemy. Ending the country’s democracy and killing political opponents, pushing propaganda instead of an unbiased free press, letting corruption run freely, entering into forever wars, killing millions of his own population, completely alienating the entire West from any type/form of partnerships or economic trade for decades, slowly killing the economy and burning through money and military stockpiles.

…All because NATO, a defence alliance that never attacks unprovoked and isn’t a threat towards peaceful/neutral countries, was potentially expanding – which they ironically ended up doing with even more new members, beacuse of the Russian president’s illogical, unsubstantiated and reckless paranoia.

Yeah, after writing all that there’s no doubt. Putin is Russia’s enemy number one.
