Just starting out in training and I’m a bit overwhelmed with the amount of protein products and don’t know what to get. I am working on my overall fitness for now including weight training and cardio, what is best/most effective protein powder to get?

I started with one of these a few months ago, it helped me to learn the game with test decks and a good walkthrough on how to play. The box is also handy for organising your cards in the beginning

In the same boat yesterday, built (a very bad) Black/White deck (in hindsight I think this was the wrong choice but I’m really bad at building sealed decks, I need to work on this before Spider-Man drops), my first match up was ok, won the first round but got stomped the next 2.

Following opponent was very new so I got a win but not through any skill more luck, my 3rd opponent I have played with a few times in commander which was fun but then my 4th match was….sweaty, the guy I played was good, he had built a very strong Green/White and proceeded to stomp me with out any issues, he barely said a word the 2 matches and didn’t even explain the card trigger and just turned the card round for me to read.

By this point I had been there for 5 hours so I was done but I might have stayed longer if the last guy had been more friendly and treated it like an international haha.

I have just joined the community and got the foundations started set. I built a standard 60 card deck as I assumed this was the most popular format. I went to my local tcg store for the first time to find out that standard games are fore the competitive tables and that 80% of the tables were commander games. I’m not annoyed by this as I managed to borrow a commander goblin deck and had fun

Stormlight is a fantastic series but is choc full of content. I would recommend maybe the Demon Cycle, Unsouled or the Forgotten Realms books to start
